When my friend Amy gets really excited about something she says 'happy, happy, fun, fun!' That's just what I thought when I saw this felt dress ensemble. Not sure if it's actually wearable- though it is super fun.

I'm shocked that I am loving this dress but I am. It's a party in dress form.
