That lattice cake is marvelous! My mother is a marzipan princess cake devotee and now I think her next birthday I may have to have a little fondant fun! BTW, my cousin was @ MSL when you were. Um, gorgeous! I love attention to detail when it comes to events. Especially with color and patterns! I could quit my day job and plan parties like that all day...love it! Thanks for sharing - I HAD missed it!
