From Mom Meredith: "People have always commented that Meredith looks like a ‘vintage’ little girl, so I thought I’d honor that with a retro-inspired party a la Dick and Jane. The starting point was the Dick and Jane painting books I found last summer at a dollar store and went from there." I love all the vintage-inspired details, and of course, the Pears and Bears dress! Those 'apple' cupcakes are great, too.

Great details from The Blue Shed's dinosaur birthday party. The fact that it is for a little girl, Rowen, makes it even better! Lots of details you will want to replicate for the dinosaur-obsessed in your life...dinosaur-shaped sandwiches (love the cucumber spine), a dinosaur dig (great idea to keep the sand on a mat), and a homemade pinata full of dinosaur 'eggs.'
