minis
I'm usually in love with anything miniature, and Krispy Kreme's mini doughnuts are no exception. I'm trying to think of a creative way to use these...they might end up at my son's next birthday, given that I will have no time to bake (a 4-week old will be in tow) and most bakeries are closed (Thanksgiving weekend). Towers of mini's? Yum.
These are yummy! I am with you on the "mini" thing - Icould NOT resist buying them! I found they make a yummy & quick dessert when topped with fresh fruit {strawberry heaven!}! & they look so time consuming :)!
ReplyDeletewhat is it about mini's? i love them too. and i bet mini krispy kremes have, like, 1/10 of the calories. :)
ReplyDeletei usually go with mini cupcakes since they have 1/10 of the mess! giving a room full of 4 year olds a giant cupcake each is a horror.
my second son was also born a month before my first son's birthday. henry was turning 6 and i had a brand new baby last halloween. we did a lego party as he LIVES and BREATHS legos.
this year i'll have a first birthday, then a 7th birthday one month later and then halloween!! sheesh!
tower of minis is a fab idea. I saw a party once with breakfast/morning theme. all the kiddies arrive in their pjs and they decorate pillow cases with pens etc and eat muffins and scones and hear bedtime stories.
ReplyDeleteI love these Mini's! Here in Canada they've closed the Krispy Kreme shops (Why, why, why?) and now that I've seen these I feel worse about it.
