"My daughter is turning 4 in June and she isnt 'into' anything much. She has started learning to ride her bike at our local bike park which has roads, roundabouts, traffic signs etc, and lots of play equipment. She would probably love having a bike party there, plus as the guests would range in age a lot, it would amuse all the kids and keep them out of my in-renovation-full-of-mud garden. It would be winter here in inland Australia so cold, but as long as the sun shines and its not too windy a morning there would be lovely. I like the colour scheme of yellow, pink, white and a dash of orange, but am struggling to find ideas for a bicycle theme - especially a cake that is still girly.Any ideas please - anything at all would be a huge help! -Shani"

This wasn’t a kids party, but there are definitely some feminine and color inspiration to glean from this vintage bike themed tea party: http://amyatlas.blogspot.com/2010/04/vintage-bike-guest-feature.html . R\I could definitely see this idea repackaged for a young girl.
Here is a cute cake...You could change the candy to fit the colors of your party

Family Fun also has some great "Bike" party ideas.
You could have an obstacle course, decorate bikes with streamers and have a parade, give out water bottles or or a bike accessory for favors...
This is a pink and green trike party...age appropriate and girly!

Colors could be swapped if wanted...and trike substituted for bike graphics.
Have fun!
Anther cake idea - on a double or triple layer round cake, do bike wheels along the sides with daisies on the spokes... or another flower.
Here's a link to a free bicycle invitation template that is super cute and classic.
