charlotte's 2nd birthday

Thank you to Maraka for sharing this sweet celebration for her daughter.

She writes, "Our daughter Charlotte recently turned 2, and living in London during one of the coldest winters I have known we went for a simple afternoon tea in her honour."

Hi Sara,
I am throwing a Black and White party for Valentine's Day. It's kind of a soiree. I'm shooting for a classy party with a dress code to match. I was wondering if you had any good 'black and white' theme party ideas you could inspire me with? I love black and white, but I'm having a hard time brainstorming black&white refreshments, decor, and entertainment or game ideas. I'm a college student with practically no budget. Any ideas? Thanks! Meg

Hi! This is the first UK party I have seen with the big round balloons! I was wondering if you (or the hostess) know where to get them from. I cant seem to find any UK sellers?
