Use a circular styrafoam "halo", and have lots of different sparkly fabrics or tulle and beads and stuff. The kids could pick what types of fabrics, etc they wanted and then the adults could help them tie them on, or the kids could tie them.<br /><br />And you should definitely make cupcakes to eat.
