I recently did a baby shower and got bulk drink at Sam's Club (we did Izze's) then used scrap fabric to make little coozies to dress them up to go with the color scheme. It's an inexpensive way to add a nice touch. It is not too expensive a...You could make lasagnas. It is not too expensive and you can make it in advance. You serve and appetiser first and a big green salad with the lasagnas. You can also have a chili buffet. Make a great chili, or two one with carne and the other one vegeterian and have all the toppings ready (tomatoes, cheddar, avocado, ...) for dessert a big birthday cake or cupcakes.
